I was previously told that my bank, nfcu, would transition to a different connection method. That day has evidently arrived. I have been having these same issues trying to update my nfcu accounts for months. That stated, the above issue happened on a very old computer (2012 mac mini) that could not be. Currently i can't add any new accounts from navy fcu. I was so happy when navy federal credit union (nfcu) started using express web connect! I followed the instructions carefully, but. When i ask to refresh any or all of the accounts it comes back and says don't add to quicken.
